How long do I need to sign up for?

We offer flexible, month-to-month leases with no long-term commitment required. One month is the minimum rental period.

When can I access my storage unit?

You can access your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How can I make payments?

Payments can be made in person at our self-service kiosk, by mail, or on-line.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard in addition to cash, checks, and money orders.

Do you require a deposit?

No, we do not require a deposit, cleaning fee, or admin fee. The only charge you are responsible for is the monthly rent.

When is rent due?

Our rental periods go month-to-month from the date of move-in. Your monthly due date will be on the day that you moved in to your unit.

Do you pro-rate rent?

As the minimum rental period is one month, we do not pro-rate for any lessor period of time.

Is there an office on-site?

We do not have an office on-site. There is a self-service kiosk at our Ithaca location.

Am I responsible for my own lock or do you provide them?

We provide free locks for all storage customers.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?
