We are in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and we at 4-Season Storage think now is a more important time than ever to remain connected and transparent. As always, we are available by phone (607-533-7333) or email (4SeasonStorage@gmail.com), and we encourage you to utilize those to express any concerns or questions you may have. Below we are outlining the precautions we are taking and suggestions to customers for staying healthy and minimizing risk during this time. Above all else, our main concern is that everyone stays safe and healthy.
- All facilities will be accessible 24/7, but we encourage you to visit your unit only as you feel it is necessary. Our goal is to minimize foot traffic as much as possible. Thankfully our spaces see very little foot traffic so this may or may not have a direct effect on your typical visiting habits.
- All points of entry to each of our 3 facilities, all dollies, buttons on the lift, the kiosk, and door handles are being sanitized daily, and surfaces are being disinfected. As it is the nature of this business that we are pretty hands off, we ask you to please use best practices for cleaning surfaces that you touch. Wear gloves if you can and use hand sanitizer before touching your face.
- Staff at the facility is working from home as much as possible but daily walk throughs are still being performed and security cameras are being monitored per usual. With that being said, we are no longer meeting customers face to face, save for emergencies, and fortunately there are very few storage-related emergencies, for example lock cutting.
- Per the CDC recommendations, we STRONGLY encourage those who are immunocompromised or care for the immunocompromised to avoid all public places including the storage facility. If you are presenting any symptoms we are asking that you do not come to the storage facility and please let us know how we can assist you.
We also want to thank all of you for your loyalty to 4 Season Storage. We are a family owned and locally operated facility and care an incredible amount for the community we serve so we have decided to donate 10% of all new units rented during the state of emergency to local food banks. We are so, so grateful for you folks and appreciate you taking this into consideration. If there is anything you feel was unaddressed on this page, please contact us directly and we will do our best in this unprecedented time.
